We design and install smart home systems in Lecce, Salento and all of Puglia. Home Assistant, Shelly and open standards โ the brain is in your home, not on a server on the other side of the world.
โ Real figures from a working installation in the province of Lecce
They turn on when it really gets dark and off when you go to sleep, all year, without adjusting anything.
Cooling starts during solar hours using free energy โ not the electricity you buy when you get home in the evening.
It starts on actual solar surplus, has a time budget, and doesn't water the day after rain.
Which appliances consume, at what time, how much โ not just the month-end total that tells you nothing.
Power out, Internet down, abnormal consumption, someone at the gate: phone notification, in real time.
No monthly fee to turn on a light. No service to renew to keep the installation running.
Not a generic manufacturer app. A dashboard built to measure for this home โ with the data that really matters, organised for how you live.
Worth more than any list of features.
At night the house was drawing 439 W e se ne spiegavano 110.
The 2.5 kW pump has no dedicated meter, but it's still visible: from the power spike, the cycle duration, how the draw "dances". The system tells apart a pump from an oven from a kitchen robot without installing anything on any of the three.
At 11:30 the bathroom shutter dropped from 100% to 40% in six seconds. The bedroom one was already more closed than the target โ and was not touched. Each shutter follows its own exposure: south closes mid-morning, west in the afternoon.
During a dip, seven devices restarted and six held. The system knows which ones, at what time, and verified no gate had opened on its own. Without it, it would have been an unexplained episode.
First via software, then โ if that's not enough โ physically cutting power. The problem was that with the line down, you can't get in from outside: that broken door is the only entry. Now it fixes itself.
Production, consumption, self-consumption and euro account updated in real time. Production forecast calibrated on your installation's real data.
Irrigation, pumps, ACs and boilers that start on actual solar surplus โ not a fixed schedule. With priority manager to avoid tripping the meter.
Switching on at true sunset (which shifts 3 hours between June and December), seasonal switching off. Accompanying lights: open the gate and the path lights up.
Solar shading by exposure (south mid-morning, west in the afternoon). With safety rule: an automation never raises a shutter someone has already closed.
One brain for heating and cooling. Solar pre-cooling during surplus hours. In mid-seasons heats the heat pump with solar, in deep cold controls traditional heating.
The home knows who's there. Automatic presence simulation when the house has been empty for half an hour โ lights and shutters in staggered, credible sequence. Surveillance with local recording.
UPS on computer, network and router. Network watchdog: if Internet drops, the system detects it and restarts the router from inside. Self-monitoring with early warning.
Dashboard tailored to how the house is used. Quick commands at top โ what you actually look for when you open the phone. Encrypted remote access without opening router ports.
Open standards, no vendor lock-in. Integrates with what is already in the home.
Four phases. The rule running through all of them: no device is bought before measuring that it is needed.
What is already there, how the network is built, what can be reused. Almost always half the useful devices are already in the home.
Which automations this family really needs. Habits are discovered: what time people get up, who stays home, where the afternoon sun hits.
The brain at home, connected devices, custom dashboards. Automations are switched on one at a time, after seeing them work.
The installation is monitored remotely, updated and corrected. Rules are refined over months: an automation written in September needs revisiting in January.
Saying it is more honest than promising the opposite โ and readers notice.
If you only want an app to turn on a light, the supermarket product is enough. Our work begins when devices number more than ten and need to reason together.
If there is no solar or significant consumption, the energy part โ which is the core โ yields little. Worth evaluating first.
Savings alone do not pay for everything. Su una casa con 4 kWp, spostare i consumi vale ~100โ175 โฌ l'anno. Si compra il controllo, l'affidabilitร e l'indipendenza; il risparmio รจ il contorno.
30 minutes to see what is already in the home and understand where to start. No commitment, no blind quote.
